Third Division of the BREAKERS Fleet
Vanity — Impulsive
Nomadic
“Better late than never, but never late is better.“
The Black Hole Pirates are a spontaneous organization of buccaneers born from the resources of BREAKERS, and the desires of Kid Carti, or Samuel, to venture out and take whatever he wants in the endless metaverse. Throughout the years the youngest member of the BREAKERS realized that they had the right of it all along, and learned from all of the members individually before realizing that he had his own goals and objectives. Their scope was too limited, what they sought was far too restricted in vision— and while they settled down with the few kingdoms and empires that caught their gaze and found themselves under their control, Samuel has set his gaze to the stars above for but one purpose.
Freedom. Mercenaries, bounty hunters, everyone travels the sea of the oceanic stars for one reason or another. Most of them to liberties that will one day decay and fall away, riches, fame, time doesn't discriminate and neither do the stars. Freedom, however, is something you both live for and die with. Men and women try to claim it, for their own and from others. However, a truly free man never bows under the weight of those who seek to steal that freedom. A truly free man knows very well just how much that freedom is worth, and they live and savor every moment of the adventure.
With freedom comes all else. The most free have fame. The most free have glory. The most free have riches. The most free, however, are not so easily broken or forgotten. These are the men and women who claim the world as their own and settle for no less than the peak. They are not who they are by choice, but by virtue of destiny.
The space age will someday go, just as it had come. But The Black Hole Pirates will endure, they free men on the ocean of stars.
Radovid Cartier Samuel the IXth
Sam or Cartier is an irrational answer to the complexities of the metaverse.
His saga is often misconstrued but they say he was born in the land of nameless dragons at war with titans, the prince of a fruitful kingdom in an epic that spanned millennia. An astonishing turn of events changed all of that when a group of marauders and free thinkers attacked at behest of their own instinct. So preposterous was their methodology, but it was also...fuckin' cool. In the end Sam was caught in the cross-hairs of their exploits and he was taken as a hostage to ensure that they didn't get creamed on the way out: naturally they were successful. Being the sole survivor of his inhumane lineage, even if he was lost forever, the world around him would crumble if he were allowed to die. That day, a lot of things happened. The nameless kingdom fell into a state of civil war and anarchy, the titans and the dragons went back at each other's throats worse than ever, and Sam became the youngest member of the enigmatic mercenaries known as BREAKERS. From then on from the destruction of several kingdoms, organizations, empires, the flawless execution of bounties thereafter, nothing was outside of his reach. Well...he failed a few times, but he always had his older brothers (or kidnappers) to point him in the proper direction of improvement. It was all great, until they hit their plateau. Sitting at the top of all the worlds they had conquered, most of the brothers disappeared altogether for their own motives, and Sam was inevitably left with his dick in his hands.
Which was when Heidern gave him the idea to use the resources of those they had conquered to create his own fleet and take to the stars. It was pretty ambitious, but Heidern had spoke of his exploits up there which superseded anything he had ever seen from planeswalking with them. Was it really that much better throughout the cosmos? There was only one way to find out.
And so the Black Hole Pirates were born, and their captain, Playboi Cartier or Sam...or Cartier. Young and full of *** they're scouring the metaverse for nothing but their own freedoms, and thus far, Sam has already made quite a name for himself with just his exploits under the BREAKERS name alone. How much more will his legacy grow as the commander of The Black Hole Pirates? Only time will tell. But he already feels that nostalgic twitch in his muscles, the excitement he's been dying for coursing through him. TO ONE PIECE!
Saga-class ship Mona Arizona
Rona was Sam's first love. She's also the person who gave him the scar over his eye. To commemorate her after death he named the Saga-class ship after her, and the rest is history. A flagship of tremendous speed and durability using a wave-motion engine to purpose itself with limitless energy it's the first of many prototypes redeveloped by Havoc Enterprises and serves as a beacon of their collaboration with the enigmatic Black Hole Pirates. It's said to be outfitted primarily for comfort than it is for combat purpose but through a myriad of renovations it's been given a multitude of different unique functionalities. Who's to say what they really are, but the most obvious renovation is the level of endurance that the hull itself has. Able to plunge through cosmic storm, brave the duress of traveling between dimensions and star systems it's been the pillar for which The Black Hole Pirates have been able to do half of the foolish nonsense they've been able to get away with.
With that being said, it's also on its third rebuild because Sam is perhaps the most careless of captains imaginlea. This also likely explains why most of his crew hasn't stuck around for long...yet.
