KINGDOM SKY; THE
the masked enigmatic organization of heavenly prestige
[The Sky's theme song: "Ft."-Funkist]
[Song Link: x.]
} Information {
Utter harmony and peace. A tranquil dream that rests on the brink of impossibility yet it's a struggle that is pushed forth by the restless souls of justice and those chosen by the light itself. The purity of it's shimmering brightness selects the spirits best suited for employment, those of which are fit to serve under the mantle of a greater world with only one objective: to liberate the stars of darkness and keep balance across the cosmos. Since the beginning of time, since the world's creation, the light has existed, as has the darkness, yet the light carries with it the zeal of those who believe in it and pour their everlasting everything into it. It is a light that will never dissolve, never falter, never fail, a light that will forever prosper and continue to usher forth the coming era of enlightenment and lack of war.
Xaphistis, the prophet of the light, for as long as the society as existed, has acted as the communicator and the herald of the light's keen instructions. The word of the law and of all that the world desires has always passed through the light, and to the humble Xaphistis, he who would forever defend the light with his benevolence and boundless heart. Xaphistis is a man who embodies the power of infinity and eternity itself, wielding both spectral concepts of understanding and power deftly to protect the society. However, unable to leave the society, he depends upon those trusted to defend the souls who make passage through the society to become guardians of the light and to bring balance itself. Who are they? They are The Cross Bearer's, the star knights who uphold the peace and seek to dispel the darkness.
The Cross Bearer's were first created by Xaphistis in the times where darkness had overrun many star systems alike and the light cried for order. Order beyond that of which the Order of the Sword, the typical soldat of the Sky Kingdom could offer, that of which could only be achieved by those who were special and had achieved synchronized harmony with themselves, the world, and their strength in the light. Thus The Cross Bearer's were created, given the gifted divine blessing of the light, their empowerment was enough to smite any darkness that came before them. They became the startling hope of the Sky Kingdom, and the select group of which all would look up to, numbering in a total number of twelve with a rumored thirteen that hid in the shadows.
The Sky Kingdom itself, led by Xaphistis and the twelve Cross Bearer's, began banishing darkness and restoring the worlds to their rightful standing. Unaffected by the conventional laws of magic or supernatural affinities, they were boundless forces of which the physical plane was forced to obey, power of which was ascended and beyond that of typicality. Being the souls of all races, kinds, and beings, their souls were unaffected by most things, and only beings of their nature could pose a true threat against themselves...it was then that the day came of which the light had predicted. The day of which the Sky Kingdom's most talented and powerful guardian fell from grace and into the pits of the very darkness which write the world with it's wretched claws.
Nelinha, physically the youngest, yet in power perhaps the strongest, she was corrupted by the infected hand of Relius and taken away from the Sky Kingdom, in a fated attack by Relius' experiments and his constructed group IX, that sought to do detrimental damage to the Sky Kingdom itself. While it didn't physically have any impending effects, the lasting mental turbulence that flowed through the Sky Kingdom left the kingdom in shambles. While many lost morale, Xaphistis never lost hope, never lost sight of the truth behind everything they'd worked for. Thus, it was to no surprise that the Cross Bearer's began a recruiting campaign to chose the new soldat tasked by the light to join their ranks and become basked in it's light of blessing, an indisputable soldier of untested might.
And that's where the story begins, the story of light, the story of struggle, and a story that is less of a story and more of a lesson of the world.
Even till this day, the Sky Kingdom operates in secrecy, unknown to those who don't possess incredible spiritual awareness. Even still, there exists four factions within the Sky Kingdom that operate underneath the light itself underneath Xaphistis' guidance and discretion. Alongside the Cross Bearer's that spear-head the organization with their sacred weapons, blessed with pieces of the light that hold their own awareness and personality, there are others that fight for the sake of the holiness itself.
The Cross Bearer's oftentimes are members of the other three factions that are chosen by Xaphistis as per the light's allowance to ascend them into becoming stronger, giving them amplified spiritual power and prowess. Alongside the Karas (the crow), the Wandenrich (the invisible empire), and the Jagdarmee (hunting corps), they all work together to form the Wehrmacht, the unified forces of the Sky Kingdom itself, covering everything needed to accomplish the objective of the Light itself. Since time's beginning the Kingdom has existed, but only few have earned the pride and honor to join the ranks of the Wehrmacht, while others have been sent there as it functions as the mythical purgatory fabled by many to have existed as a medium between worlds, the place of which the Light judges where all goes and inevitably sends all to where it so desires based on the punishment or retribution of their sins.
Altogether, the Sky Society is still an enigmatic kingdom of incredibility that remains a mystery to the omniverse. While they have rested in hiding for years, only doing what is necessary to uphold general balance, the time is coming for their interference into the the affairs that may cost the multiverse itself it's own stability...what could come of the Sky Society's sudden involvement and push for attaining their desires?
} History {
In the beginning of time there was nothing but the Light itself, that which in it's ceaseless growth and awakening of self-awareness grew and forever expanded beyond it's inexistent boundaries of thought and mind that was surrounded only by the borders of infinity and eternity themselves, both created of the Light's own sacrifice: in the beginning came the end, the Light selflessly gave it's life, creating the phenomenon known as Cheburim Ray, that which the first earth Gaia would come to describe as the "Big Bang" which gave birth to dreams, nightmares, existence, and the very concepts and science developed from the Light's thoughts given a tangible form. While it's debated that the Light was infact merely an extension of another higher being, and that it's nothing more than a conduit for which something of much greater magnitude operates - those of the Sky Kingdom refer to it as the creator of all beings and everything that exists - as well as the judge who therefore condemns and enlightens those who's body are destroyed with soul intact.
It was in those times that Terra itself faced a worldwide crisis, and the second planet itself to have been born with life of such technological and biological advancements, it would mean the halt of the future for what would become the world's evolution itself. It was then that he was chosen, the young lonely boy who prayed to the heavens in those eons so long ago - engulfed in a beam of light that thereby chose him as the prophet and sacrifice of the people. His name was Xylo of the Middle East, but as he was enlightened as to the world and everything, he became known as Xaphistis. Terra would inevitably meet it's doom, but he would guide them through the bridge of the afterlife into the world that would later become known as the Puragatory.
Puragatory was a boundary created by the Light itself as a bridge into the afterlife. Infact, rather than there being merely Heaven and Hell, there were many passages that led to a infinite variety of religious prefectures and dreams - and it was then that the people of Terra were given a choice. To pass on into the afterlife of their dreams, or to stay by Xaphistis and govern the world of the omniverse itself, seeing fit that all those killed remained dead and were given proper judgement. To see fit that unnatural darkness did not interfere in the events of Fate and Destiny themselves, that of which was governed by that which alluded even the Puragatory itself - that which remained so vaguely referred to that they had no choice but to trust in the Light for the wellbeing of the world's functionings.
The majority of Terra passed on, choosing to reunite with loved ones in a world just as factual as it was a dream in a world that would forever live on in their souls within the afterlife. However the few brave men and women that stood by Xaphistis side then marched into the plains of the Puragatory and gave birth to the three floating islands of Xais, that of which the Sky Kingdom and it's castle's sat upon - the empire in all of it's glory outshining that of any to have ever been dreamed by the Light itself.
Forevermore it would reign supreme in it's perfection - seeing those of the dead into the afterlife in a peaceful, systematic, yet freeing manner. The harmonious Kingdom stood vigilant with none that would dare challenge the foundation of the world's workings themselves, forever the embodiment of the Light itself that remained enigmatic yet loving. All that dared an attempt at touching the pristine walls of the Kingdom were brought down relentlessly, destroyed without a second thought, and without even a sweat broken by any of the forces that the Kingdom had to offer. In the beginning there was only the Wandenrich, the Invisible Empire, known for destroying any opposition and keeping the peace before they could even have a chance to introduce or show themselves publicly. They were also well known for keeping the peace in many areas throughout the multiverse, hiding within the blinding light while striking down any unforeseeable casualty and circumstances that so arose.
In the beginning, everything was as it should be. However, things steadily grew more complicated and intense for the Sky Kingdom.
It was as time passed and humanity alongside other species of evolution and exponential growth that sentient life grew weary of the Light's absolute control of the domain and way of life throughout the Puragatory and it's process. Soon grew distrust amongst the ranks and those within the Sky Kingdom and the Wandenrich itself, leaving to a civil war concentrated on attacking the Light, led by the second lieutenant of the Wandenrich's first and greatest unit, Excesa, skilled arbitrator of light that soon opposed that of which the very people had been brought up by. The worst part was that he was one of the first, the initial wave initiated alongside Xaphistis into the world in it's rule. After the assassination of Xaphistis' assistant and sealing Xaphistis himself within the Light - in which time Xaphistis attained the many attributes, features, and connections with the Light that he habors till this day.
It was then that he led his monumental assault upon the Kingdom, seeking to fell it and everything it had created - all in blasphemous rebellion to the Light itself. However, the failsafe made in the event of a planar crisis was then activated, allowing people to see the truth of the Light and the possible destruction that it could wrought.
As the Barrier of Apostle's was bypassed and the traitors ascended the castle to reach the Light, they were met with the first of those to ever bear the Cross, given from the Light in secrecy to only Xaphistis' knowledge. Anavali, Orience, and Ruddermag, the three hero's of the war that alongside the majority of those who remained - would push the tyrants back into the physical plane and scatter them across the omniverse. While what happened afterwards remains in as much speculation as many other events, it is said that while Anavali fell Excesa and was drained of her powers before being banished to the world beyond - where her whereabouts remain unknown. Ruddermag was killed in the final battle in rage against Excesa who also met his end, and Orience, after the baffling events having occurred, disappeared entirely with no trace for reasons unknown.
The Sky Kingdom had been dealt a crippling blow. Many families were destroyed and left for dirt while the few that remained in-tact generally rose into royal status, either for their incredible physical aptitude and performance, or for their benevolent efforts in reconstructing the Kingdom itself. It was then that Xaphistis was released from his seal, in the same instance that he was given the curse that bound him to the Puragatory itself. With such a serious blow dealt the Sky Kingdom fell from grace, but refused to fall for long.
The Wandenrich's name was changed and the forces split, amplified, and trained harshly under conditions that would deem them fit to fight any enemies. Xaphistis, though sickened by the events of old, refused to allow the betrayal of the Sky Kingdom's earlier people to bear any true scar into the society of vanguards. Growing steadily and surely they reasserted themselves along their thrown, becoming an impregnable fortress of unmatched force and prestige. It was several million years later after the Halo Wars that the world and the omniverse itself witnessed the birth of a man who transcended his fictional identity to become something greater than imagination.
While the majority of the details of the battle remain illusive to any who hadn't participated, it's said that the force of the Sky Kingdom was reduced by one-fourth, and that the battle was one that was lost. Against an enigmatic and well-prepared enemy able to create anything without cost, from the fabric of nothingness, the battle was one that was recorded but later discarded by even Xaphistis himself - who continued to investigate the events long after having happened.
Though several hundred years has past since that damned battle, there's far more to the Sky Kingdom, the battle, and even the Light itself than has been led on. Now, however, as the Sky Kingdom has recuperated and vitalized it's forces who work in secrecy, Xaphistis prepares to take action once more - to stop the world itself from meeting collapse, and to fulfill the will of the Light itself.
} Vocation {
The Sky Kingdom accepts spirits and souls of all manner of beings that then undergo the process of cleansing and specialized testing to better deduce their quantitate skills and their strong suits. In the end they are left to choose (in general) what family they fall under, however their family is typically chosen for them between the Invincible Empire, the Hunting Corps, and the Crow itself.
Pending revision, needed somewhere to set this as I'm currently in the process of leaving the country.
